At our school, we held a student-led international exhibition in March. This exhibition was planned with the goal of having students learn about the diverse cultures of the world and share that knowledge widely. From the preparation to the management of the event, everything was carried out by the students themselves.

The project was initiated by a second-year high school student, who wrote letters to the embassies of various countries, requesting items and materials to be displayed. As a result, items from over 70 countries were gathered for the exhibition. The venue was filled with valuable cultural items, posters, traditional clothing, and goods from different countries. Each display was accompanied by explanations about the country and its culture, created by the students. Those who visited the exhibition were able to deepen their understanding of different cultures while enjoying the displays.

On the day of the exhibition, many students visited the venue, experiencing the excitement of cultural exchange while feeling the vastness and diversity of the world. As a special program, we also invited diplomats from the Kingdom of Lesotho and the Republic of Maldives to give lectures. It was a rare opportunity to hear directly from people representing their countries, and students actively asked questions, gaining knowledge they would not normally encounter in their regular classes.

Thanks to the passion and efforts of the students, this exhibition successfully conveyed the importance of international understanding to many people. Moving forward, we hope to continue valuing student initiative and provide even more opportunities for meaningful global learning experiences.
